Ripple Mining provides technical assistance and training regarding the inspection,
installation, overhaul and maintenance on various pieces of heavy industrial and
mining equipment. With our accumulated experience levels, we have proven that
in order to install and maintain today's heavy industrial fixed plant equipment, you
do not require a support staff of 100 or a series of expensive trucks - all you need
is thorough planning, reliable state of the art tooling and experienced personnel
who possess a sound knowledge of the equipment they're working on.
We operate a genuine 24hr / 7 day a week service which is focused on providing
a completely safe environment for not only our staff, but for all work teams
operating within our vicinity.

At Ripple Mining, safety is paramount. Since our inception, we have not had a single reportable safety incident or Lost Time Injury (LTI) recorded in Australia, or throughout the world. Our team of highly skilled, specialised fitters and mechanical engineers are well versed in identifying hazards and minimising the risks associated with many of today's maintenance procedures. We have in place a comprehensive Safety Management Plan and are extremely proud of our Zero Harm policy.
We look at every job on a "case by case" basis and encourage rigorous group interaction between our personnel and the designated client representative(s).
Ripple Mining have appointed a qualified Occupational Health and Safety advisor to assist in the planning and implementation of all site- based activities. At a minimum, all of our field teams are nationally accredited and trained in both safe working at heights and safe working in a confined space.
Our team competencies also include basic first aid and resuscitation procedures. Where possible, senior first aiders are also allocated for each shift on site.

We provide complete, site-specific training packages for the installation and maintenance of all fixed plant machinery on site.
Our collective knowledge and experience allows us to provide a truly unique skill set to our clients. Ripple Mining has the capacity to cover all your specialised maintenance requirements, with highly skilled and experienced personnel at our disposal. All of our field service personnel have a minimum of 10 years experience within the specialised fitting field, with our supervisors possessing a minimum of 20 years experience respectively. All our staff are “hands on,” including our supervisors – providing us with opportunities to uphold industry best quality services at a reduced rate to the client.
